2. The Human Rights Commission will select the winner of the 2023 Human Rights Commission Community Leadership Award through the selection committee.

   Now is the time to submit nominations for the recipient of the 2023  HRC Community Leadership Award (previously International Human Rights Day Community Leadership Award). Each year,  the Human Rights Commission recognizes an individual for their contribution in the area of human rights and social justice. Please remember, anyone who is a City of Eugene employee or is currently a member of the Human Rights Commission is ineligible for nomination. The deadline to provide a nomination is 5 p.m., December 31, 2023.
