To celebrate International Human Rights Day, the Eugene Human Rights Commission will host a community conversation on December 10, 5:30PM-7:30PM at the Atrium Building. The event will include a proclamation by Mayor Lucy Vinis, a keynote address by Clarice Wilsey, and a speakers panel on perspectives on hate and bias in Eugene.
