Let's shift from the vehicle lane to the bike lane, reduce our carbon
emissions, and enjoy Eugene's newest protected bikeway located between
Lincoln Street and the University of Oregon campus. Shift Lanes: 13th
Avenue is a weeklong extravaganza of physically-distanced fun for all
