Teen Leadership Council Ages 13-19

The Teen Leadership Council will learn about organizing, government and civic participation.
The council will help direct the growth of the Teen Empowerment programs and manage their own budget for outreach and operations. The TLC will work in tandem with the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee. The facility will be open at 4 p.m. and the program will start at 5 p.m.
